Reroofing and Patch Repair of Masonry

Reroofing and Patch Repair of Masonry & Pointing to a Late 19th Century Coach House

This project was run as part of REPS under supervision of  the Heritage Council . The building secured funding to remove the existing roof and replace damaged rafters and lathes and to relay the salvageable slates along with some replacement salvaged slate.

Parging was then carried out to the underside of the slates using a lime putty mix.

There was a small element of masonry repairs carried out repairing holes that were formed over the years by different occupiers of the building and we carried out repairs on the pointing to the masonry.
