Mid West Lime were the specialist subcontractor chosen for the installation of Limecrete subfloors on top of geocell foamglass aggregate and lime screeds on top of underfloor heating pipes. We also installed an average thickness of 50mm of Diasen Thermoactive thermal plaster to the internal face of the walls. Due to restricted thickness available for insulation around the window reveals we applied 20mm of Aerogel insulation. A three coat render was applied to the external façade. Historic lath and plaster ceilings, cornice and damaged ceiling rose with embellishments were all repaired to original condition.
